This course will address the remaining ILS disciplines involved in conducting Supportability Analysis (SA) and Supportability Engineering (SE) to ensure that a supportable product is delivered at the In-Service date; this will address both support during the warranty period and on into the In-Service life of the system. The session will also focus on the sustained delivery of the agreed Support Solution and recommend how performance will be monitored and managed throughout the systems life.

  • The standard processes involved in developing a support solution
  • The generic ILS deliverables and how to tailor them for differing customer requirements
  • The delivery process to establish In-Service Support
  • Support transition planning
  • In-Service Support monitoring and management
  • Establishing and justifying Through Life Support costs
